Mr. Noel C. Roy II has been a full-time CCI employee since December, 1992. He currently serves as President and Co-Owner of his family business and is involved with all phases of the operation. Noel also has taken an active leadership role within the American Collectors Association, Inc. Roy is the ACA’s articulate Chairman of Education for Connecticut and was recently elected President of the Connecticut Association of Collection Bureaus, Inc. Previously, he was Secretary of this state affiliation of the ACA. With the help of three other CACB Board Members, Noel initiated a campaign to restore the influence of this important organization while coordinating and attending all ACA educational seminars within Connecticut. Noel attended the 1998 ACA Business Academy, an international conference for collection agency owners. In May of 1998, Roy completed the Scholar Degree Program recognizing proficiency in a variety of collection subjects. He is also a Certified Collector as designated by the ACA. In addition to his frequent participation in ACA seminars and national conventions during the past six years, Noel has coordinated and sponsored state-wide multi-location Healthcare Cash Management Seminars. His responsibilities for CCI include participation on all client project teams and the development and delivery of client training seminars. Mr. Roy holds a BA in Economics from the University of Rhode Island and a Minor in both German and Speech Communication. Additionally Noel is receiving an MBA in Healthcare Management from Sacred Heart University.

Mrs. Moller joined CCI as Office Manager in 1990 following six years of previous experience in Customer Service Management. Dawn is responsible for managing all CCI administrative and clerical functions which include: Purchasing, Customer Service, Cash Application, Data Entry, Litigation Preparation, Bankruptcy Proceedings, Database Information Management, and Staff Scheduling. Mrs. Moller has also developed proficiency in the use of our OptiDocÔ optical document imaging system and is responsible for total system operations. Her mastery of this technology has created a virtually “paperless” environment for CCI. Additionally, Dawn designed an electronic filing structure for all system-generated reports and scanned documents. Her innovative approach has produced unprecedented levels of efficiency, enhanced our capabilities for improving Quality Assurance and helped deliver our internal and client document imaging requirements. Additionally, Dawn is responsible for processing all electronic files received by CCI including: ACH’s, payments, adjustments, and new business files. Mrs. Moller regularly participates in ACA seminars and other professional educational programs on topics such as Health Care Cash Management and Supervisor Practices.

Neal A. Silverman

Mr. Silverman began his career in Receivables Management in 1980 upon graduation from Bentley College with High Honors and a BS degree in Management. During the past 20 years, Neal has held several diverse positions of increasing responsibility within the collection industry. Initially hired as an Account Representative, Neal soon was assigned difficult accounts with high balances and delivered impressive recovery results. In 1981, Mr. Silverman was promoted to Assistant Collection Manager and became Collection Manager one year later with full responsibility for managing a 26-person department. His duties included staff recruitment, hiring, training and employee appraisals. In 1983, Neal was hired away by a larger collection firm as an Agency Manager with full P&L responsibility for one of their branch offices. In 1994, Neal was promoted to Director, Collection Services where his staff of 42 persons collected $15MM annually on new business placements of $85MM per year. Neal joined CCI in 1998 where his wealth of management experience and collections expertise has made a positive contribution to our company operations and overall collection performance.
